1. About Khojo
Khojo is an AI-powered social travel platform currently in pre-launch phase. The features described on this website represent our planned product. The waitlist allows interested users to register for early access when we launch.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Khojo or join our waitlist. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Waitlist
- Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform or any specific features
- Waitlist positions are maintained in the order of signup
- We reserve the right to modify waitlist terms, open access in batches, or close the waitlist at any time
- You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by emailing teamkhojo@gmail.com
4. Community Content (Journal)
When you submit a story or other content to the Khojo Journal:
- You confirm the content is your original work and not published elsewhere
- You grant Khojo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, edit, and promote the content on our platforms
- You retain ownership of your content and can request removal at any time
- We reserve the right to reject or remove content that violates our community guidelines, contains misinformation, is promotional, or is AI-generated
5. Community Guidelines
Users of Khojo agree to:
- Treat all community members with respect, regardless of gender, background, or travel experience
- Not post false, misleading, or defamatory content about places or people
- Not use the platform for spam, commercial solicitation, or unsolicited promotion
- Follow the Responsible Travel Initiative principles in their travel behaviour and content
6. Limitation of Liability
Khojo is provided "as is" during its pre-launch phase. We make no warranties about platform availability, feature completeness, or the accuracy of information provided. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Khojo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Khojo brand, logo, website design, and original content are the intellectual property of Khojo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify waitlist members of material changes.
